Working-paper service

CntrlLedger provides calculation, reconciliation, extraction and drafting assistance. Results can contain errors and are not professional accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.

User responsibility

You are responsible for checking outputs against original records and current law before filing, importing, paying, posting or otherwise relying on them.

No filing or certification

The service does not submit tax returns, issue certificates, create tax challans or provide an audit opinion. References and standard dates may not include every notification, extension or entity-specific circumstance.

Authorised documents

Only process documents and data that you are authorised to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.

Free-service limits

Free features and AI usage limits may be changed, suspended or unavailable during maintenance or unusually high demand.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee that every document, workbook or transaction population can be read or interpreted correctly.
